July is an extraordinary month for us at Mayan Technologies. Six years ago, the company started with nothing but an idea and an opportunity to build something that will stand the test of time. As we celebrate our sixth anniversary, we cannot help but look back and reflect on what we have been able to accomplish and the many challenges yet to come.
Our culture prioritizes our community outreach with the fundamental belief of having a positive impact around us; since its inception, Mayan Technologies has embedded this idea in its DNA. We work closely with organizations such as Cystic Fibrosis Canada, Tiny Superheroes, completed pro bono work for Alagille Syndrome Alliance, and offered support to other organizations with similar values.
One of our organization’s main cultural differentiators is what we like to call the “tell me how it is possible” approach, which stands for never shying away from a challenge but figuring out a way to find solutions for our customers regardless of how challenging that might be. Devotion and faithful to this idea have allowed us to keep the highest level of customer services and customer satisfaction. In our six years in business, we have never had a customer walked away because of a lack of performance or productivity issues. Creating a culture that we are proud of and remaining true to it for so many years is something we value and plan to continue.
As we celebrate our sixth anniversary, it is crucial to mention our diversification efforts are finally taking place. We have walked away from being a single product team, successfully developed and deployed our product, and are now supporting multiple verticals and frameworks. We have achieved these goals with adaptability, following the market, and filling the gaps our customers have pointed out for us.
It is time to celebrate, enjoy another year and business, and push forward. As we continue to face the worst economic crisis in modern history, we continue to do so in the only way we know. We keep our head high, perform our job to the best of our abilities, and take tremendous pride in our work.
