The Hispanic Business Salute is an event that recognizes Hispanic entrepreneurs and supports the younger generation in achieving success. Its mission is to celebrate the contributions of Hispanic entrepreneurs in North Texas that have significantly impacted their communities and created opportunities through innovation and entrepreneurship.
We are honored that Mayan Technologies and our Managing Partner, Sergio Prieto, were recognized last Tuesday, September 13th by The Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce as one of Telemundo's Local Hispanic Business Leaders of the year at their 12th Hispanic Business Salute event at AT&T Stadium. Hosted by Rick Ortiz, President, and CEO of the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Sergio and Mayan Technologies was presented with an award to commemorate the special recognition.

As a company, and as a team, we couldn’t be prouder of this recognition, which comes as a result of our incredible dedication to building relationships with our community, clients, and partners. We strive every day to make sure that we are giving back to our community and providing our customers with excellent service while also keeping their best interests at heart.
This achievement wouldn't have been possible without Sergio Prieto—our Managing Partner. Sergio embodies what it means to be a leader: he's humble but confident; he believes in himself but also trusts others; he knows when to push forward and when to hold back; and most importantly, he values integrity above all else.
We're also excited about all the other companies and individuals who received this recognition. Following this amazing event, all winning members were invited to attend the Cowboys vs Bengals game held on Sunday, Sept. 18 at the AT&T Stadium and receive recognition from the 50-yard line, receiving a check from Tom Ehlmann, President of Telemundo 39 and NBC 5. The check was part of the 2022 Hispanic Business Salute Honorees.
